Because your subscription is managed through Samsung Pay, it does not allow outside vendors like us access to your account, which would allow us to locate your subscription to cancel for security reasons. They require that the user cancel directly on their account.  (Similar to Apple and Google Play subscriptions)


To cancel Samsung Pay subscriptions, you can either go to the Samsung Checkout website (samsungcheckout.com) or navigate to the Galaxy Store on your Samsung device, then find and unsubscribe from the subscription. 


Log in to the same account used to purchase the subscription, locate The Fitness App, and cancel.

1. Via Samsung Checkout Website:

  • Go to the website: Visit samsungcheckout.com. 
  • Sign in: Log in with your Samsung account. 
  • Navigate to Subscriptions: Go to the "Purchase History" menu and select the "Subscriptions" tab. 
  • Find and Unsubscribe: Locate the subscription you wish to cancel and select "Unsubscribe".


2. Via Galaxy Store:

  • Open Galaxy Store: Open the Galaxy Store app on your Samsung device.
  • Access Menu: Tap the "Menu" icon (usually three horizontal lines) from the main screen.
  • Go to Subscriptions: Tap on "Subscriptions" in the Galaxy Store menu.
  • Select and Unsubscribe: Choose the app/service with the subscription you want to cancel, then tap "Unsubscribe."
